Breakfast is served in the spacious dining room, fully appointed with original features including fireplace, and which looks out over the pretty Victorian walled garden.

Breakfast, in the 'green' tradition of Alastair Sawday's 'Special Places to Stay' is organic and consists of local produce where at all possible. A pot-pourri of fruit compotes, fresh yoghurts and fruit juices, cereal, including home-made muesli starts you off.

Bacon and Sausages are procured locally and come from Gloucestershire, as do the eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes. Eggs are organic and free range and provided by a farm just to the north of Cheltenham. Other food comes from the local farmer's market held regularly on Cheltenham's Promenade. The jam and marmalade and fresh bread is all homemade. We cater fully for vegetarians.
